Trammell Crow approached Criterion.B to help drive awareness for a new under-construction development in Uptown Dallas, the M-Line Tower. In addition to developing a website for the tower, the team also wanted to gather a subscriber list based on people interested in pre-lease information.
In order to drive awareness to the under-development M-Line Tower, both a pre-lease landing page for visitor traffic and a high-quality display banner for awareness campaigns were necessary to promote the space and generate attention. It was also vital that the site had a place to capture contact information for potential leasees interested in the space. Thus a subscriber form was implemented, and information was collected.
A luxury lifestyle feel was attributed to the M-Line Tower brand through use of colorful and visually catching lifestyle images for both the display banners and the website. The display banners were built to convey this lifestyle while bringing in the historic element of the M-Line Trolley. The single page website shared a wealth of information about the property while offering a spot for subscriptions for pre-lease information.
