District West

We had the opportunity to shape the brand identity for District West, an apartment community by Bell Partners rooted in the citrus-packing heritage of Orlando’s Packing District. Drawing on the neighborhood’s history, we built a logo system anchored by a stylized orange slice and layered in a sun-warmed palette. Beyond the core identity, we developed custom patterns, property signage, typography, and taglines, all crafted to translate seamlessly across apparel and promo merch. The result is a brand with a strong sense of place: modern, playful, and unmistakably Orlando.
