Criterion.B added The Nash multifamily apartments to their current portfolio of Provident Realty projects. Provident Realty selected Criterion.B to oversee paid and social media efforts to create buzz around the new property positioned in Midtown Park off Meadow Rd.

Criterion.B currently manages the online presence for The Katy, as well as Preston Hollow Village, a mixed-use development  comprised of restaurants, retail, and office space, in addition to the three residential apartment buildings — The Preston, The Douglas, and The Royal.

Provident Realty Advisors, Inc. is a privately held real estate and investment firm that has developed or invested in more than $3 billion worth of real estate projects, since it began in 1991. They have 10 current projects in the DFW metroplex including multifamily and mixed-use communities in Allen, Plano, and Farmers Branch.
