Canonball Nominated for Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work

Canonball accepted the nomination for Dallas Business Journal’s 14th annual “Best Places to Work” for 2016. The DBJ seeks out companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area that go above and beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees.

Kace Phillips, Chief Content Officer at Canonball shared:

Canonball’s culture is unique from any place I’ve ever worked. It’s a place where every person, no matter their experience or title, are treated with the utmost respect and as an individual. Each team member is afforded unlimited opportunities to grow, learn, and educate themselves for the betterment of not on the company, but for the employee’s career as well. It’s a place where 95% of days are awesome, and a place that I look forward to coming to each and every day. Some companies like to talk about a “work family”, but Canonball is the only place I’ve experienced where it truly feels like that.

Canonball is truly honored to be chosen for this prestigious nomination in the Dallas business community. They believe that having a happy, well-rested, and stress-free workforce is the key to a successful business; this recognition from the DBJ is just one more validation of that belief.
