Fast-casual startup restaurant, Bolo Italian Grill, has chosen Canonball as its agency of record.
Lifetime restaurateur Jud Phillips brings this exciting concept to the Dallas/Fort-Worth area, opening the first location in Southlake. Bolo will consist of assembly-line style preparation of Bolos, which are an italian flat bread stuffed with angel hair pasta, and your choice of hormone-free meats, fresh vegetables, artisan cheeses, and house-made sauces. Patrons who are looking for something a little bit lighter can turn their Bolo into a pasta bowl or a salad.
“Canonball was the perfect fit for a restaurant like ours,” said Phillips, “it’s a nimble, diverse, and extremely creative agency, and their high standards of work compliment our high standards of food and customer service.”
Canonball will handle everything from logo creation and brand guidelines, to web development, social media, collateral, menu boards, and everything in between.
Canonball’s CEO Jon Simpson said, “We feel like Bolo is a hot concept that is ready to explode, and we’re extremely honored to be chosen to represent their creative advertising and marketing needs for this first location and beyond.”
